Quick answer: Copy your booking link, add a Book a table button or menu item in your website editor, and paste the link into it. Then follow the steps below.

Reservations is no longer available to new customers. If you use Reservations today, it keeps working until it is retired on 3 November 2026. Your account manager can help you move to another booking option before then.

With the Reservations add-on, customers can book a table online from a link. Put that link on your website, Google profile and social pages so customers can book themselves.

Before you start

  • Set up your reservation sessions first. See Reservations User Manual.

  • Who: the owner or manager who looks after your website.

  • You need the Reservations add-on and your booking link. We send the link when the add-on is set up.

Add the link

  1. Copy your booking link.

  2. Open your website editor and add a button or menu item called Book a table.

  3. Paste the booking link into the button.

  4. Save and publish your website.

  5. Add the same link to your Google Business Profile and social media pages.

What you should see: the booking page opens when you click the button, and a test booking appears on the Reservations screen on your POS.

If something goes wrong

  • You can't find your booking link: contact us with your name, store trading name, phone number and email, and we will look it up.

  • Bookings don't show on the POS: go to Settings > Sync on the POS and sync appointments, and check setting A2. ENABLE RESTAURANT MODE is on.

  • No times are available: check your reservation sessions and blackout dates.
