Quick answer: Go to POS > Online Store > Pay Later Configuration . In Pay Later - Eat In , Pay Later - Pickup or Pay Later - Delivery , turn the option on. Then follow the steps below.
What this is for
Pay Later lets customers place an online or table order and pay afterwards instead of paying by card at checkout. You can turn it on separately for Eat In, Pickup and Delivery.
Before you start
Online ordering is set up.
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at Nomni Console (app.abacus.co) with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
Turn on Pay Later
Go to POS > Online Store > Pay Later Configuration.
In Pay Later - Eat In, Pay Later - Pickup or Pay Later - Delivery, turn the option on.
Set the Pay Later Button Text and the Pop-up MessageTitle and Description customers see before confirming.
For Eat In, click Exclude Table Range to stop Pay Later on certain tables.
Click Save.
Tips
Pay Later orders arrive unpaid. Make sure staff know to take payment.
Common problems
"Popup Title and Description are required."
Fill in both pop-up fields before saving.
