Plan limit messages on Nomni POS: printers, devices, transactions and Table Map

What the subscription limit messages on Nomni POS mean and how to fix them

Some Nomni POS features depend on your plan. If you reach a limit, the POS shows one of these messages.

"Printer limit reached: Cannot add more printers, please contact Nomni POS support to upgrade your subscription"

You've selected more printers than your plan includes. Deselect a printer you don't need, or contact support to add more printers to your plan.

"Upgrade of subscription required to connect multiple devices, please contact Nomni POS support for further assistance."

Your plan doesn't include connecting more iPads (for example a Slave or Waiter Pad) to the Master. Contact support to add devices.

"Device limit exceeded, please delete extra devices or contact Nomni POS support to update your subscription"

More devices are registered than your plan allows. Remove devices you no longer use, or contact support to change your plan. See Licence expired, overdue payment or 'Subscription has ended' message on Nomni POS for related messages.

"You have reached your daily transaction limit. Upgrade your subscription on our website"

Your plan has a daily transaction limit and it has been reached. Upgrade your plan to remove the limit, or contact support.

"Please upgrade your plan to use Table Map/Reservations features"

Table Map and Reservations aren't included in your current plan. Contact support or your account manager to upgrade.

Overdue payment messages

Messages like "The printing service is disabled due to overdue payment" or "Your POS licence has expired due to overdue payment" are about an unpaid invoice, not a plan limit. See Overdue invoice or suspended account: what to do.

Who to contact
