When you reset your Nomni Console password from the link in the reset email, the Recover Password page asks for your Username and a New Password. Here's what each message means.
"Your account does not have a username!"
The reset link is for a login that has no username set, so the password can't be reset this way. This usually happens when the same email address is used on more than one login, for example a staff profile and your admin login. The reset email can go to the login without a username.
What to do: contact us with your venue name and the email address you used. We'll make sure your login has a username, or separate the logins, so you can reset it. Never send us your password.
"Username does not match with the one in system!"
Type the username for this login, not your email address. Capital letters don't matter. If you don't know your username, contact us.
"Unable to find user in system!"
The login in this reset link no longer exists. Request a new reset email from the sign-in page, or ask your venue's admin to check your login.
"Please fill in all fields"
Enter both your username and a new password, then tap Reset.
