This article lists the fixes in Nomni POS for iPad versions 2.11.82 to 2.11.89 and Nomni KDS for iPad 3.1.82, released between 24 August and 30 September 2026. For the latest version, see Nomni POS for iPad 2.11.90. Updating to the latest version gives you all of these fixes.
Nomni POS 2.11.82 (24 August)
Invoices show the correct unit price on items with a line-item discount, instead of $0.00.
Fixed a rare case where one payment was recorded twice, which showed false unpaid amounts on the Tender Report.
Opening Pay@Table on one iPad no longer unlocks tables held by other iPads, which could wipe orders with "Table overridden by Pay@Table Terminal".
Nomni KDS for iPad 3.1.82 (24 August)
Orders already completed earlier in the day or the day before no longer come back on screen.
The timer is easier to read on a black background.
The stage colour turns green when you move an order to the next stage.
Nomni POS 2.11.83
Tyro Pay@Table no longer shows "No results found" when operator filtering is on.
Partner and Epson printers no longer drop kitchen dockets when the venue is very busy.
Money-only discounts are no longer sent to kitchen printers or the KDS, and free-product giveaways no longer reprint after an order is held.
Redeeming points after scanning a member QR code no longer freezes with "No bearer token found".
Bookings are no longer accepted automatically, so tables don't stay greyed out all day. Check-in status shows correctly on the table map.
Cash-out from a Glory note cassette shows the right amount instead of $0.00.
Nomni POS 2.11.84 (7 September)
A coupon limited to certain categories or products is now rejected when the order has none of those items. Before, it could be accepted with a $0.00 discount.
Nomni POS 2.11.86 (17 September)
The Nomni Loyalty branch ID and passcode now apply after a payment info sync, including on printed QR codes.
The variance reason staff enter when closing the register is now saved and shows in Nomni Console.
If Local Network access is off for Nomni POS, connecting a slave iPad or finding printers now tells you instead of failing quietly. Turn it on in the iPad Settings app > Nomni POS > Local Network.
Nomni POS 2.11.88 (21 September)
How do I card surcharge stays off after you remove it for one order?
Follow these steps:
Before you charge the next card, check the card surcharge shows on the payment screen.
If it's missing, tap Surcharge Options and turn Remove credit card surcharge off.
Swiping Nomni POS closed and reopening it also brings the card surcharge back.
Update every iPad to the latest Nomni POS from the App Store after service.
The hidden press-and-hold on the card button that skipped the surcharge has been removed. Use Surcharge Options on the payment screen. Staff need setting B15 on and a manager PIN.
Customer Lookup finds members with 5-digit member codes again.
Nomni POS 2.11.89 (30 September)
How do I card surcharges from 1 October 2026?
Follow these steps:
Go to the ▼ menu > Credit Card Surcharge.
Tap each surcharge and tap Delete.
If you used card-type surcharges, go to the backend Sales > Surcharge and remove the All Cards and card-type surcharges there too.
If you turned on setting A18 Require selection of card type only for surcharges, it can be turned off once By Card Types is no longer selected in the backend.
On the POS, go to Settings > Sync > Sync Payment Info so the change reaches every device.
How to update
Finish or hold any open order on the iPad.
Open the App Store and search for Nomni POS.
Tap Update.
Repeat on every iPad, starting with the master. All iPads must run the same version.
Open Nomni POS and let it finish syncing before you take orders.
What you should see: in Settings > System, every iPad shows the same version, 2.11.89 or later.
If something goes wrong
How do I card surcharge looks wrong?
Follow these steps:
Go to the ▼ menu > Credit Card Surcharge.
Tap each surcharge and tap Delete.

Fixes above aren't showing: check the version in Settings > System on every iPad and update any that are behind.
Slave iPad can't connect or printers aren't found: check Local Network is on for Nomni POS in the iPad Settings app, then reopen Nomni POS.
