Connect Uber Eats, DoorDash or Menulog to Nomni POS

Where to activate each delivery app in Nomni Console

Quick answer: In Nomni Console, click Delivery in the top bar. For Uber Eats, select UberEats Integration, enter your Uber Eats Store UUID and click Activate. For Menulog, go to Menus > Menulog Integration and enter your two API keys. For DoorDash, open the DoorDash Merchant Portal and sign in or sign up. Then publish your delivery menu.

These steps are for Nomni POS merchants (Nomni Console admins) connecting a delivery app. You need the Delivery Partners module on your plan. If your online orders come through the Nomni Ordering console instead, use the Nomni Ordering delivery articles.

Before you start

  • Your store is already set up with Uber Eats, DoorDash or Menulog.

  • Your delivery menu is ready in Nomni Console.

  • Company Profile > Contact and Open Hours are right. Delivery apps use these details.

  • For Uber Eats, our onboarding team has confirmed staging is complete.

Uber Eats

  1. In Nomni Console, click Delivery in the top bar.

  2. In the left panel, select UberEats Integration.

  3. Enter the Uber Eats Store UUID in the row for your store and click Activate.

  4. Select Delivery Menus, edit your menu, choose UberEats under platform selection and click Publish.

What you should see: The menu sync status shows Synced and Uber Eats orders arrive on Nomni POS.

Menulog

  1. Click Delivery in the top bar, then go to Menus > Menulog Integration.

  2. Enter the Menu API key and Order API key from Menulog.

  3. Click Save.

What you should see: Menulog orders arrive on Nomni POS. If you see "Activation failed. Please ensure your menu is published before activating.", publish your delivery menu first.

DoorDash

  1. Sign in to Nomni Console with your HQ account.

  2. In a new tab, open the DoorDash Merchant Portal at app.abacus.co/DeliveryPartner/PortalDoordash/.

  3. Click Account Sign Up to create a DoorDash account, or Account sign in if you have one.

  4. Choose your store and click Activate.

  5. Publish your DoorDash menu from Delivery Menus.

What you should see: DoorDash orders arrive on Nomni POS with the DoorDash order number.

If orders don’t arrive

  • Check the Master POS is on, logged in and online.

  • Check your store is open in the delivery app.

  • On the Master POS, go to Settings > Sync and tap MASTER SYNC.

  • Make menu and price changes in Nomni Console, not in the delivery app. Changes made only in the app can be overwritten.
