Every time a customer places a request for a reservation online, they will receive an email, which you can customise.
Go to Configuration > Email Templates and click the pencil button next to the email template that you want to edit:

Reservation acceptance email | Reservation confirmed by [CompanyName] | Sent to a customer if the reservation is accepted on the POS. |
Reservation rejection email | Reservation unavailable at [CompanyName] | Sent to a customer if the reservation is rejected on the POS. |
If you cannot see any of these templates, click Create Default Email Templates > Add Missing Templates.
On the Email Template Details page, you will be able to change the general messaging of the email.
There are also dynamic placeholders which you move around, but you should not remove them.

After editing any details, click Save.
