Quick answer: On Nomni Console, go to Reservations &gt; Reservation Configuration. Scroll down to Reservation Instructions, Reservation Notes, and Terms and Conditions. Then follow the steps below.

Reservations is no longer available to new customers. If you use Reservations today, it keeps working until it is retired on 3 November 2026. Your account manager can help you move to another booking option before then.

When a customer places a request for an online reservation, they must tick a checkbox to agree to pre-made Terms and Conditions.

2. Scroll down to Reservation Instructions, Reservation Notes, and Terms and Conditions
3. Enter your desired text
4. Save.

The text will update on the online reservations page automatically (you may need to refresh the webpage to see these changes).
