1. Check that the printer gateway IP Address is the correct one for the router.
1.1. For EPSON TM-T82II and STAR TSP654 printer models: turn off the printer. Then hold the feed button and turn the printer on. Keep holding the feed button until the configuration is printed out. The configuration should be the same as the iPad's I.P. address.
1.2. For STAR SP712 printer models: turn off the printer. Then hold the feed button and turn the printer on. Keep holding the feed button until you hear a beep. Then let go. The configuration will be printed out. The configuration should be the same as the iPad's I.P. address.
2. Change the IP address of the printer that is not responding.
2.1. Open Safari on the iPad
2.2. In the web browser, enter the IP address of the printer that is not working
2.3. Go to TCP/IP Settings
2.4 Change the IP address of the printer by changing the digits following the last full stop. Ensure that it does not conflict with any of your other printers on the same network; these last digits must be unique to the other printers' IP addresses
2.5. Click Submit/Save (or equivalent)
2.6. In the Nomni POS (formerly Nomni POS) application, refresh the printer list.
2.7. A new printer listing should appear with a tick (discovered)
2.8. The old printer listing should now have a cross next to it (not discovered)
2.9. Connect to the new printer listing and assign the printer location(s) to it. Delete the old printer listing.
When the printer is fixed you can resume the task in Printing Tasks.
