How to Manage Held Orders

Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.

Select Held Orders from the menu.

Navigate to Held Orders.

Find the order you want to reprint.

Tap Print — this will reprint the entire order.

Open the Held Orders list.

Locate the order and tap Load to open it in the POS screen.

On the POS screen, swipe left on the item you wish to void (swipe left from the price).

Tap the trash can icon.
​

Choose a delete reason, then confirm the deletion.

Tap Send once adjustments have been completed

Go to Held Orders.

Find the order you want to void and tap Delete.

Select a delete reason and then confirm

Your held order is now deleted.
