What this is for
Online Order Setting lets customers order ahead. You choose how many days ahead they can order, whether same-day pre-orders are allowed, and the cut-off time for each day.
Before you start
Online ordering is set up and your opening hours are set.
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at Nomni Console (app.abacus.co) with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
Set up pre-orders
Go to POS > Online Store > Online Order Setting.
Turn on Pre-order and set Pre-order, up to the number of days ahead customers can order.
Turn Same-day pre-order on or off.
Under Future Day Cut Off Times, set By this time for each For orders ready on row. For example, orders for Saturday must be in by 3:00 pm Friday.
Click Save.
Tips
Cut-off times use your store's time zone.
Common problems
"An error occurred while saving the settings."
Refresh the page and save again. Check every cut-off row has a time.
