What this is for
Create perks (targeted offers) for loyalty members and copy head-office perks to your sites.
Before you start
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at Nomni Console (app.abacus.co) with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
How to use it
In the top bar click Loyalty Marketing, then go to Perks > Perks List.
Click Add New Perk to create one. If you see "Perks are managed by HQ when EMS is enabled" instead, perks are created at head office.
Filter the list by Perk Name, Order Source (Kiosk, MobileApp, Online Ordering), Expired, or Expiry Date From / To. Each perk shows Name, Description, Expiry Date, Active and Order Source, with edit and delete.
Head office only: click Sync to sites, select sites and click Continue.
Tips
A sync copies all site-agnostic head-office perks. Perks tied to products, variants or categories aren't copied.
Syncing again overwrites changes made to copies at the sites.
