To facilitate your contact tracing, Nomni POS has a guest check-in feature that can be launched on your customers' smartphones when they dine in.
If your local government requires you to use their official government contact tracing service, you will need to turn off the Nomni POS Guest Check-In feature.
To turn off the Guest Check-In:
On the backend, go to Online Ordering > Configuration
Under Customer Communication, untick the checkbox that says Use Guest Check-In
Scroll up and click Save
The guest check-in will be instantly removed from your Nomni POS online ordering platform
