I created a new product, why can't I see it on my menu?

Creating a product and adding it to your menu are two separate steps. If you've created a product but can't see it on the menu, it's likely because the product hasn’t been added to the menu yet.

  1. On the backend, go to Menus > POS Menu

  2. Open your menu's details. If you have multiple menus, ensure you are editing the most up-to-date version.

3. Add your product to a new menu tile.
4. Click Publish

5. On your iPad, perform a Master Sync
