If your venue has a sushi train plate system, staff can add the plates a table has taken to its bill in one tap.
Before you start
Who: Front-of-house staff. Nomni sets up the connection.
Device: Nomni POS on iPad with Table Map.
Permissions and settings: The sushi train system must be set up under Settings > External Devices.
Add plates to a table's bill
Go to the Table Map.
Tap the table.
Tap COLLECT PLATES.
Check the plates are on the order, grouped by product with quantities.
Take payment as normal.
If something goes wrong
No plates come through: check the sushi train system is on and connected in Settings > External Devices.
The wrong count: check the plates were scanned to the right table, then collect again.
You don't see COLLECT PLATES: the sushi train system isn't set up on this iPad. Email support.
