With Percentage-Based Earning Rules, customers earn points as a set percentage of each dollar spent.
Before you start
Nomni Console in a web browser, logged in as an owner or admin.
Loyalty Marketing set up for your store.
Steps
Go to Loyalty Marketing > Point Earning Rules.
Turn on Percentage-Based Earning Rules and confirm.
Open or add a rule. Enter the % Earn Rate and Dollar Spent.
Tick Set as default Point Earning Rule if this is your main rule.
Click Save.
If something goes wrong
You can't change Point Redemption Rules: redemption is fixed while Percentage-Based Earning Rules are on. Turn the mode off to edit them.
Buttons are greyed out with a banner about your integration: your loyalty settings are managed by the Nomni onboarding team, so contact your account manager
