A signup bonus gives new loyalty members points when they register.
Before you start
Nomni Console in a web browser, logged in as an owner or admin.
Steps
Go to Loyalty Marketing > Point Bonus Events.
Open the signup bonus event and set the points.
If you have more than one store, choose whether the bonus is issued at the store where the customer signed up.
Save.
To check it worked, open Loyalty Marketing > Point Transactions. Signup bonuses show a Signup Reward label.
If something goes wrong
A customer didn't get the bonus: check they registered after you turned it on, and search for them in Point Transactions.
